With their Maximum Freakbeat sound these two debut singles here catapult you straight back into the middle of 65. Both released the same time.
The four cuts range between R&B, Merseybeat and pre-psychedelic excitement by taking the primal nature of the early British Invasion Beat Music, mingled with early studio effects, pedals and stereo sounds to create a more psychedelic effect (briefly FREAKBEAT!). But always with the awareness not to drift into Psychedelic Rock.
The band can be described with no doubt as the ,Vienna All-Star-Band”, feat, three members (Bernhard, Markus & Thomas) of THE JAYBIRDS, George O. of Austrias most authentic R’n’B outfit THE ATTENTION! and as a new face on the scene, Lex Wylde on VOX Continental organ.
Recorded in a chicken barn in the suburbs of Vienna and mastered at Schaltraum Studios, Berlin to make the sound so authentic, puristic and alive that it makes you wanna dance, scream and shout!
